Our classes aren't your ordinary pregnancy and postnatal fitness classes, they have been desgined so that you exercise in the safest and most effective way so that you see results, regardless of whether you are pre or postnatal. Depending on the class you will use a variety of resistance or caridiovascualr exercise, or even combine the two.
